I'm a Real TRAINER Now!

OMIGAWD! Because I didn't have my own pokemon, Professor Birch let me have the froggy pokemon that I used to help him out! He said I was a natural, and handled his ball with aplomb! And he even said that I reminded him of my dad. So COOL!





Dad is such an awesome pokemon trainer, and one day I want to be just like him.

This is it! This is my first step to become a super-great pokemon trainer just like dad is! But first, I get to name my new friend. I can't keep calling him froggy forever, so I'll call him Kero~
He's so cute.


I should go show BRENDON my new ball! He can teach me all about being a TRAINER. Ooooh~! I'm so excited!

Hey! BRENDON wasn't home! I wonder where he could be?
He did say the Professor wanted him to go catch pokemon. Maybe he wasn't just playing on the computer?

I'll just look around for him on ROUTE 101. He's sure to be somewhere. It might be scary, but now I have Kero to protect me from anything~

Oh man, I've been attacked so many times! I wonder where BRENDON could be. I wanted to show him my Kero ;.; He'll be so impressed when he sees I have a pokemon now. But my Kero almost died! I don't know what I'd have done if that happened. I'll have to be more careful in the future, I can't let the Professor down!

Thankfully there are pokemon centers! It's like a hospital or a free clinic for pokemon! The Nurse Joy takes the pokemon and she makes them feel all better in no time~! I hope she's gentle with my Kero!

In Oldale Town, there was some strange guy sketching pokemon footprints. He wouldn't let me go past! That's okay, I'll just go somewhere else!

I finally found BRENDON~
He really was helping his dad after all! He was proud of me for having my pokemon! He even wanted to challenge me to a battle! I wasn't sure at first, because I didn't want my Kero to get hurt, but then he was so COOL so I just had to do it! And get this... I actually won ^^

Afterwards, he said it was good, and he gave me some money (not like that! When you're a trainer, you're supposed to give the winner money! I'll have to remember that!)
He said that I could befriend a pokemon with ease. Does that mean that I'll have lots of friends like Kero? I could be as cool as BRENDON, or even my dad!

This is the professor's house! But, awww~, he's not here! He has a son though!
Oh? He's my age? Yay~ I get to make a new friend! What could he be like?

His name's BRENDON! He's a pretty cool guy, I guess. I like his headband~!
Hey! It's not nice to think that girls can't be a gym leader's kid! I'll be just as cool as dad some day! Still, he doesn't seem so bad ^^
He even offered to catch me a pokemon! But he had to help the professor!

Did I fall asleep? I was remembering when I met Professor Birch.
That's right! Today I move into my new house, and I get to go see Professor Birch! He may have trouble telling if people are boys or girls, but he's a top notch pokemon expert! There's only one reason he could want me to come see him!
It's got to be because...~! I don't want to spoil it~

I can't believe I fell asleep in the back of the truck though! Silly me!



This is my mom! She's so nice, but sometimes she's really lame! I hope I'm not that way when I get older ^_^


Before I go out to start my harrowing journey into adulthood... I have to set the clock! It's always important to know the time, even if you're never actually home to look at the clock!

(Wow! Those pokemon movers are so big and scary!)


Dad was on TV! So awesome! Aww~, but we missed him!

Mom wants me to go see Dad's friend, (that's the professor, btw!) She says I should go introduce myself!
